Get the Lawnager App on Your Phone

Install Lawnager from the App Store or Google Play, turn on notifications, and run the whole business from the truck.

Last updated September 20, 2026

Lawnager is built to run from your phone — quotes at the kitchen table, invoices from the truck, schedule changes from the supply house line. The mobile app is the full product, not a stripped-down companion.

Install it

  • iPhone / iPad: search Lawnager on the Apple App Store, or use the App Store link in the footer of lawnager.com.
  • Android: search Lawnager on Google Play, or use the Google Play link on lawnager.com.

Sign in with the same account you use on the web — everything is the same data, live.

Turn on notifications (do this one)

When the app asks to send notifications, allow it. Push is how the important moments reach you in real time:

  • A customer opens the quote you sent — the "they're deciding right now" ping.
  • A customer accepts a quote or pays an invoice.
  • A new customer request or booking comes in from your website or portal.
  • A referred job offer appears (pilot markets) — those are first-come, first-served, so the ping is the game.
  • A new job applicant applies through your hiring page.

If you skipped the prompt, turn notifications on for Lawnager in your phone's Settings app.

What works on mobile

Everything: create and send quotes and invoices, schedule and complete jobs, run Smart Schedule, manage customers, take job photos, log expenses with receipt photos, check reports, edit settings. Tables become cards on the small screen; the calendar becomes day tabs.

What about your crew?

Crew members don't need to install anything. Their field view runs in the phone browser from a link you send them (Crew page → copy field app link) — check-ins, checklists, routes, photos, English or Spanish. Of course, the app works for them too if they prefer it.

One habit worth building

Put the app on your home screen dock and let the phone do the remembering. The operators who get paid fastest are the ones who send the invoice from the driveway before pulling away — the app exists so that takes ten seconds.
