1. Introduction
Lawnager (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Lawnager platform, including the web application at lawnager.com, customer portals, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect

- Customer data — names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and service history of your customers that you enter into the platform.
- Payment information — billing details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
- Content — photos, notes, quotes, invoices, and other materials you upload or generate through the Service.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns.
- Device information — browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Location data — approximate location derived from IP address; precise GPS location only when you enable route optimization or check-in features.
- Log data — IP addresses, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- OAuth providers — if you connect QuickBooks, Google, or other integrations we receive profile data and tokens necessary to sync your accounts.
- Payment processors — Stripe provides us with transaction status and metadata (not full card details).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process transactions and send related information (invoices, payment confirmations).
- Send service notifications including job reminders, arrival alerts, and review requests on your behalf.
- Improve, personalize, and expand the Service.

- Monitor usage patterns and analyze trends to improve user experience.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, SMS messaging, payment processing, analytics) under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Your customers — when you use the Service to send notifications, invoices, or quotes, the relevant customer-facing information is delivered to your customers via the portal, email, or SMS.
- Integrations — when you connect third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe), data is shared with those services as needed to perform the integration.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Customer data you enter is retained until you delete it or close your account. After account closure we retain data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
Backups may retain data for an additional 30 days after deletion from production systems.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
