Buying More Credits
Lawnager credits power certain features in your account — like AI estimating and marketing campaigns. When your credits run low, you can purchase more directly from your account settings without upgrading your plan.
What Are Credits Used For?
Credits are consumed when you use specific Lawnager features, including:
- •AI Quote Estimator — each AI-generated estimate uses credits
- •Marketing Campaigns — sending bulk campaigns to your customer list
- •Marketing Automations — automated messages triggered by customer actions
Tip: Keep an eye on your credit balance if you rely heavily on AI quoting or run frequent marketing campaigns. Running out mid-campaign can interrupt your outreach.
Where to Check Your Credit Balance
- •Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- •Select Billing.
- •Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the Billing page.
How to Buy More Credits
- •Go to Settings → Billing.
- •Locate the Credits section.
- •Click Buy Credits.
- •Select the credit package you want to purchase.
- •Confirm your payment — Lawnager will charge the card on file for your subscription.
- •Your new credits are added to your balance immediately.
Note: Credits purchased are added on top of any credits already in your account. They do not reset or expire on a billing cycle.
Can I Earn Free Credits?
Yes — Lawnager's Referral Program lets you earn free credits toward your account. For every new business that signs up using your referral code, you receive 1 free month credited to your account. To find your referral code, go to Settings → Billing and look for the Referral Program section.

Credits vs. Subscription Plans
Credits are separate from your monthly subscription. Your plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) determines which features you can access — credits determine how many times you can use certain features within those limits.
- •Upgrading your plan does not automatically add more credits.
- •Buying credits does not change your plan or unlock new features.
If you're unsure which plan is right for your business, visit Settings → Billing to compare plan options.
Common Issues
My credits aren't showing up after purchase. Refresh the Billing page after completing your purchase. If the balance still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact Lawnager support.
I ran out of credits mid-campaign. Market campaigns that run out of credits mid-send will pause until you top up. Purchase more credits and resume from the Marketing section.
I want to reduce how fast I use credits. Consider reviewing your Marketing Automations to make sure you're only sending messages that drive real value. You can manage automations under Marketing → Automations.
