Setting Up Your Business Profile and Branding
Your business profile is the foundation of how Lawnager represents your company. Your logo, business name, and brand colors appear on quotes, invoices, the customer portal, and your Lawnager website. Taking 10 minutes to set this up correctly makes a big impression on customers.
Where to Find These Settings
Go to Settings in the left sidebar, then select Business Profile or Branding depending on what you need to update.
Update Your Business Profile
Your business profile stores the core details that appear on customer-facing documents.
- •Go to Settings → Business Profile.
- •Enter or update your Business Name.
- •Add your Business Address — this appears on invoices and quotes.
- •Enter your Phone Number and Email Address.
- •Add your Website URL if you have one.
- •Click Save Changes.
Tip: Double-check your email address here. This is the reply-to address customers see when they receive quotes, invoices, and reminders from Lawnager.
Upload Your Logo
Your logo appears on quotes, invoices, the customer portal header, and your Lawnager website.
- •Go to Settings → Branding.
- •Click Upload Logo.
- •Select an image file from your device (PNG or JPG recommended).
- •Preview the logo to confirm it looks correct.
- •Click Save.
Tip: Use a version of your logo with a transparent background (PNG format) for the cleanest look on white documents like invoices.
Common pitfall: Logos that are too small or low resolution can look blurry on invoices. Use an image that is at least 300px wide for best results.
Set Your Brand Colors
Lawnager uses your brand colors on the customer portal, quotes, and your embedded booking widget.
- •Go to Settings → Branding.
- •Click the color swatch next to Primary Color.
- •Enter your brand color as a hex code (e.g.,
#2E7D32) or use the color picker. - •Preview the change in the sample panel on the right.
- •Click Save.
Tip: Not sure of your hex code? Search Google for your brand color name + "hex code," or use a free tool like htmlcolorcodes.com to find it.
How Branding Flows Through Lawnager
Once you save your logo and colors, they automatically apply across:
- •Quotes — your logo and business info appear at the top
- •Invoices — customers see a branded header on every bill
- •Customer portal — your logo and primary color set the look of the portal your clients log into
- •Booking widget — the embedded widget on your website matches your brand
- •Lawnager website — if you use the built-in website builder, your branding is pulled in automatically
You do not need to update each area separately — changing it in Branding updates everything at once.
Common Questions
Can I have a different logo for invoices vs. the portal? No — Lawnager uses one logo across all customer-facing areas to keep things consistent.
What if I don't have a logo yet? Lawnager will display your business name as text in its place. You can come back and add a logo any time.
Will existing invoices update if I change my logo? Your new logo will appear on any invoices sent after the change. Previously sent invoices are not retroactively updated.
A complete, professional-looking profile builds trust before a customer even meets your crew. Set it up once and let Lawnager handle the presentation from there.
