Customizing Your Lawnager Website with Your Brand
Your Lawnager website is often the first thing a potential customer sees. Applying your logo, brand colors, and business details makes your site look professional and builds trust before a customer ever contacts you.
This article walks you through customizing your Lawnager site using the Website Builder and Branding settings.
Where to Find Your Branding Settings
There are two places that control how your website looks:
- •Settings → Branding — Upload your logo and set your brand colors. These apply across your website, customer portal, invoices, and emails.
- •Settings → Website Builder — Edit the content of your website pages (headline, services, contact info, embed widget, etc.).
Changes in Branding automatically flow through to your website, so start there first.
Step 1: Upload Your Logo
- •Go to Settings → Branding.
- •Click Upload Logo.
- •Select your logo file from your device. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background.
- •Click Save.
Your logo will appear in the header of your website and on customer-facing documents like invoices and quotes.
Tip: If your logo looks blurry, try uploading a higher-resolution version — at least 500px wide is recommended.
Step 2: Set Your Brand Colors
- •Still in Settings → Branding, find the Primary Color field.
- •Enter your brand's hex color code (e.g.,
#2E7D32for dark green) or use the color picker. - •Click Save.
Your primary color is used for buttons, highlights, and accent elements across your website and customer portal.
Common pitfall: Very light colors (like pale yellow or white) can make buttons hard to read. Stick to a medium-to-dark color that contrasts well against white backgrounds.
Step 3: Update Your Business Details
Your business name, phone number, and service area appear on your website automatically — but make sure they're accurate.
- •Go to Settings → Business Profile.
- •Update your Business Name, Phone Number, Email, and Service Area.
- •Click Save.
These details sync directly to your website, so you only need to update them in one place.
Step 4: Customize Your Website Content
- •Go to Settings → Website Builder.
- •You'll see editable sections for your site, including:
- •Headline — The main message visitors see at the top of your page.
- •About / Description — A short paragraph about your business.
- •Services — Pulled from your Services Catalog automatically.
- •Contact & Booking — Displays your booking widget so visitors can request a quote.
- •Click into any section to edit the text.
- •Click Save after each section, or use Save All when you're done.
Tip: Keep your headline short and specific. Something like "Reliable Lawn Care in [Your City]" works better than a generic tagline.
Step 5: Preview Your Site
Before sharing your website link with customers:
- •In Settings → Website Builder, click Preview Site.
- •Check how your logo, colors, and content look on the live page.
- •Return to Branding or Website Builder to make any adjustments.
Sharing Your Website
Once you're happy with your site, you can:
- •Share the direct link — Copy your Lawnager site URL from Settings → Website Builder and add it to your Google Business Profile, social media, or email signature.
- •Embed the booking widget — If you already have a website, use the embed code from Settings → Website Builder to add the booking form there instead. See Embedding Your Booking Widget on Your Website for instructions.
