Win new customers, one street at a time
Neighborhood Blitz turns door-to-door canvassing into tracked, closeable customers. Pick a neighborhood, hand each crew member their own QR code and printed collateral, and let Lawnager handle the follow-up. It's the fastest way to add dense, route-efficient work — new customers right next to jobs you already have. No competitor has anything like it.
Step 1: Create a campaign
Open Neighborhood Blitz in the sidebar and draw your target neighborhood on the map. Set your offer (for example, "First mow free" or "$20 off your first cleanup"). Lawnager builds the campaign and generates on-brand, printable door hangers and yard signs carrying your offer and a scannable QR code.
Step 2: Give each crew member a code
Every crew member gets their own QR code, so every door they work — and every customer they win — is credited to them, with optional commission. Print the collateral, load up, and hit the streets.
Step 3: Work the doors
Your crew logs each door from the mobile field view — knocked, not-home, or interested — GPS-stamped so you know the route was actually walked. When a homeowner is interested, the crew captures at-the-door consent so you can follow up.
Step 4: Close right at the door
When someone says yes, your crew can close on the spot: price the work, capture an e-signature, schedule the job, and take payment with a secure card link (or cash, check, or Venmo). No "we'll email you a quote" — the customer is booked before you leave the porch. Prefer to let them decide later? They scan the QR code to request a quote that lands in your pipeline, credited to that crew member.
Step 5: Track what's working
The campaign dashboard tracks the full funnel — doors knocked → conversations → quotes → wins — per campaign and per crew member. You'll see which neighborhoods and which crew convert best, so your next Blitz is smarter than your last.
Tip: Blitz the streets around your existing customers. Winning the house two doors down adds almost no drive time — and a denser route is a more profitable one.
