This page documents the SMS opt-in used by Lawnager, Inc. to message lawn-care business owners. It mirrors the consent checkbox on our account sign-up form (a single-page app whose form is rendered client-side) so it is fully verifiable without running JavaScript. Questions: support@lawnager.com.

SMS Consent

How you opt in to SMS from Lawnager

Lawnager, Inc. sends transactional text messages to lawn-care business owners who use our software. This is a business-to-business program — we do not message consumers. Full disclosures are in our privacy policy (Section 8) and terms (Section 7.2).

Who sends

Lawnager, Inc. (the software platform) — directly, from a single 10DLC number. Not sent on behalf of any third party.

What you get

Onboarding tips, support check-ins, and account updates. About 4–8 messages/month. No marketing or promotional content.

How you opt in

By checking a dedicated SMS-consent box on the sign-up form at app.lawnager.com/signup. Web-form opt-in only.

The consent checkbox

Consent is captured by an explicit, unchecked-by-default checkbox on the account sign-up form at app.lawnager.com/signup. It is separate from the product Terms & Conditions (unbundled, TCPA-compliant consent) and only counts when the user also provides a phone number. The exact wording shown to the user is reproduced verbatim below.

All messages are transactional — onboarding, support, and account updates. Each identifies Lawnager and includes opt-out instructions. No marketing content is sent through this program.

Privacy & data handling

Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in / consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our SMS delivery vendor (Twilio) under contract, for the sole purpose of transmitting the messages you consented to. We do not send unsolicited or cold SMS, and we do not message phone numbers obtained from third-party lists, data brokers, or scraped directories.
