Service Packages

Packages let you offer bundled services at a set price — like a "Spring Clean-Up Package" with 8 weekly visits.

Creating a Package Template

Go to Packages → Templates and click New Package.

Each template includes:

  • •Name and description — what the customer sees
  • •Service name — the type of work
  • •Visit count — how many visits are included
  • •Frequency — weekly, biweekly, or monthly
  • •Tiered pricing — different prices by lawn size (small, medium, large, XL)
  • •Deposit amount — optional upfront payment
  • •AI Suggest — generates 3 tier suggestions (Basic, Standard, Premium) based on your business data

Sending Packages to Customers

Click Send on a package template to offer it to customers:

  1. •Search and select customers (filter by city, recency)
  2. •Each customer is auto-priced based on their lawn size preference
  3. •Send via email or SMS
  4. •Customers can accept from their portal and pay via Stripe, Venmo, check, or cash

When a Customer Accepts

A package acceptance automatically:

  • •Creates all scheduled jobs for the package duration
  • •Starts the visit countdown
  • •Shows progress in both your dashboard and the customer's portal
