Delete Your Lawnager Account

You can delete your Lawnager account and all associated data directly from within the app — no email required. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

1. Sign in at app.lawnager.com (or open the Lawnager iOS/Android app)
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account(under the “Danger Zone” section at the bottom)
3. Review what will be deleted, then type DELETE into the confirmation field
4. Click “Permanently delete my account”

Your data is removed immediately and any active Stripe subscription is cancelled in the same step. You’ll be signed out and redirected to a confirmation page.

If you can’t access your account or need help with the process, email privacy@lawnager.com and we’ll assist within one business day.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your user profile (name, email, phone, password)
• Your business profile (business name, branding, settings)
• Customer records you entered into the platform (names, addresses, phones, emails)
• Job records, schedules, routes, and check-in history
• Quotes, invoices, and payment method preferences
• Photos, notes, and other content you uploaded
• Crew member accounts you created
• Push notification tokens and SMS consent records
• Marketing site content (if you published a Lawnager-hosted site)

Some data must be retained to comply with legal, tax, and financial obligations, or to maintain the integrity of records that involve other parties:

• Financial transaction records — invoices, payments, refunds, and tax-relevant records are retained for up to 7 years as required by U.S. tax law (IRS recordkeeping requirements).
• Stripe payment records— payment processing data held by our payment provider (Stripe) is governed by Stripe’s retention policies and is independent of Lawnager.
• Legal and compliance records — communications related to disputes, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or legal proceedings may be retained as long as legally required.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics — usage data that has been stripped of any personal identifiers may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

Retained records are stored securely, access-restricted, and not used for marketing or other non-compliance purposes.

If you want to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, a particular customer record or job photo), you can do so directly within the Lawnager web app. Sign in at app.lawnager.com and use the relevant settings page or record-level delete controls.
