Lawnager Upgrades, Enhancements and new features - June 2023

With these updates, we strive to make your experience with Lawnager even more convenient, efficient, and transparent. Let's explore the latest additions that will bring ease and peace of mind to both customers and professionals alike.

1. Pay My Bill

While autopay is the quickest method of receiving payment, portal customers who do not use autopay now have an additional convenient option to settle their outstanding balance directly through their home portal. Upon receiving an email or logging in, they can effortlessly click on 'Pay My Bill,' provide their card information, and proceed with the payment.

2. Email Statement (Pro)

You now have the option to utilize the latest feature of email statements to send them a friendly reminder. While all customers with an email address receive a receipt (if using autopay) or an invoice, this new feature allows you to easily notify those with unpaid invoices and kindly prompt them to settle their payment.

3. Resend Open Invoices (Customer)

Customers who do not have a portal account can conveniently pay their bills through your custom bill pay URL. To utilize this option, they need to know at least one invoice number from their outstanding bills. While they initially received an email, the new feature of resending open invoices now enables them to access a consolidated view of all their outstanding jobs. This feature also provides an effortless way for them to log in and settle their bills.


Note: To view your bill pay URL, simply log in to your pro account and select "Payout" from the account menu.

4. Stopwatch

Undoubtedly, the design will continue to evolve and improve over time, but let us share an exciting story. One of our exceptional Pros recently encountered a situation where their crew was unsure if the clock had been started for a particular job. Responding promptly to this valuable feedback, we swiftly implemented a new stopwatch feature that now displays the elapsed time to complete each job. This serves as a testament to our commitment to enhancing our services based on the needs and suggestions of our valued users.

5. Tracking Distance

While it is natural to expect crews to be punctual and provide exceptional services, we understand the importance of having reliable tracking mechanisms in place. That's why we have introduced our latest tracking distance feature, which records the distance between the crew's phone location when they start and stop the job and the geographically specified property. This feature not only brings peace of mind to you, but also instills confidence in your customers, assuring them that the job was completed within a reasonable proximity to the property on file. It's worth noting that this distance may vary up to approximately 100-200 meters, accommodating any slight variations that may occur.
